What to Expect
at Your Appointment
Your complimentary first consultation lasts approximately 30–45 minutes. We'll do a thorough skin assessment, discuss your concerns and goals, walk you through your treatment options, and answer every question you have. There's absolutely no obligation to book a treatment on the day.
For your initial consultation, just come with a clean face if possible and bring a list of any skincare products, medications or supplements you're currently using. For treatment appointments, we'll provide specific preparation instructions when you confirm your booking.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. We understand that life happens — just reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — there is street parking available on Waverley Rd and surrounding streets. Malvern East is also well-serviced by public transport, with tram lines and bus routes nearby. We're happy to provide specific directions when you confirm your appointment.
